We are looking for a

Senior Manager, Catalyst

to join our Golin Chicago team! We are looking for someone with strong corporate reputation expertise across external and internal communication audiences and channels. We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead day-to-day work, operations and corporate communications counsel for a roster of historic and iconic global brands. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the work, a trusted and confident client relationship leader, and a collaborative partner.

You will work with an integrated team of specialists to champion brave, earned-first ideas that drive business and media results for B2B and B2C audiences. You understand what it means to EARN attention and you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, collaborating closely with other agency partner in the areas of earned media, digital, writing, events, issues & crisis and thought leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Serve as day-to-day client lead on campaign programming, supporting the client relationship leaderBe able to juggle the demands of multiple accountsDevelop an intimate knowledge of your clients' brandsLead team to develop comprehensive strategic integrated communication plans, with a focus on executing strategies and tactics that engage both B2B and B2C audiencesLead day-to-day communications with clients on strategic and tactical campaign matters, helping to connect strategic dots across all aspects of the businessSupport the team on thought leadership workstreamsBe comfortable generating new ideas and opportunities for the development of strategic client plans and assist with the creation of related budgetsPartner with key team members in the other g4 communities to develop, sell-in and execute traditional media and social media plansPartner with IAT agencies and develop integrated communications plansProvide leadership and executional excellence to agency team and clients during program implementationManage up to senior account leads with autonomy and assist with supervision and development of junior team membersSuccessfully develop and manage client program budgets, with large account financial experience a plusWork well with a variety of key internal and external stakeholdersExcel at verbal and written client, interpersonal and intra-team communicationsGROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:

WHAT YOU HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree in a related disciplineSolid mid-level PR agency or related professional communications experienceA proven track record in account management, account growth, and leadership of integrated teamsInternal communications /employee engagement experience a bonusA sharp mind, a good memory, positive, can-do attitude and an attention to detail are absolutely key in this positionExperience leading coordination with external vendors, production teams, and suppliersStrong program management experience (planning, execution, budget management)Proven ability to execute programs with large budgets and keep clients and leadership updated on budget trendsRetail or financial services experience a plusExcellent writing, copy-editing, and proof-reading skills

Salary range: $70,000 - $130,000

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
