We are looking to hire a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. This position reports to our Chief of Staff, with regular exposure to our Executive Leadership Team (CEO, President/COO, Chief Brand Officer)

The Marketing Coordinator at Myodetox plays a critical role in supporting and executing our marketing initiatives. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects, coordinate with various departments, and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies. They must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and be process- and results-driven.

Essential Role Functions:

Operational Marketing:

Collaborate proactively with our regional and clinic-level teams to ensure full support from the Marketing function. Handle in-bound requests from field teams via Slack and Notion request boards, providing timely responses and effective problem-solving for team members.Basic Reporting:

Manage and report on our partnerships and promotions database, track KPIs, update Marketing team OKRs weekly, and oversee basic financial reporting of budgets versus actuals for marketing-specific initiatives.Content & Event Logistics:

Assist in planning and executing content and event logistics for various events and initiatives. Maintain a database of external videography and photography vendors, and support the Brand team in deploying these vendors as needed for content capture.New Store Opening Support:

Serve as the primary project manager for new store opening marketing checklists, ensuring all marketing-related items are completed on time.Retail & Marketing Collateral:

Manage our print portal and order marketing materials and in-clinic retail items. Act as the point of contact for external vendors, managing quotes and invoices, and working collaboratively with our Finance team to meet budgets.Annual Marketing Calendar:

Collaborate with our Growth & Brand teams to ideate and execute our annual marketing calendar.Partnerships & Influencer Program:

Assist in planning, executing, and tracking various partnerships, influencer, and ambassador initiatives in collaboration with our Growth & Brand teams.Project Management:

Oversee and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and timely completion. Foster cross-functional collaboration and provide clear communication and direction to all stakeholders involved.SOP Creation & Maintenance:

Develop and maintain marketing-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in our SOP database to ensure consistent and efficient processes.Measures of Success:

Provide responses to in-bound requests from field teams within 12 hoursKeep the Marketing Request Board up to date and ensure tasks are completed on timeDeliver weekly updates of marketing team OKRs and KPIsSuccessfully coordinate and execute all scheduled events and initiatives, meeting deadlines and quality standardsEnsure 100% completion of all marketing-related checklist items for new store openings on or before the scheduled opening dateProvide timely and organized project reporting to key stakeholders that allows for monthly optimizationMaintain up-to-date and comprehensive marketing SOPs, ensuring all team members adhere to established processesQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management toolsExperience with Notion, Slack, Typeform, Canva, Google Sheets, etc. are also desirableExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesCore Values to Live By:
