Cheil Dallas is located in Plano, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, and home to some of the country's largest and most recognized brands' headquarters, like our client, Samsung.

Lead the creative team with visionary direction, managing a team of 8+ creatives, including remote teams.Develop and execute innovative paid social media campaigns across various platforms.Manage a pipeline of work, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.Oversee the production of hundreds of ad objects, ensuring consistency and quality.Create and manage social media campaigns, oversee community engagement, and produce quick-turn content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure project success.Stay updated with media trends, social channel algorithms, and leverage data-driven insights for optimization.Understand media buying, audience targeting, and performance metrics on social channels.About the requirementsYou've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.10+ years in a creative leadership role, focusing on 360 campaigns.Strong portfolio showcasing impactful work across various channels.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and excellent communication skills.Experience managing paid social media campaigns and multiple social channels.Proven ability to lead a team of 8+ creatives, including remote teams.Experience managing asset pipelines with hundreds of ad objects.Strong understanding of media buying, audience targeting, and data analysis.Open to travel and some extended work days.Preference for local or open to relocation to the DFW area.Relocation assistance available.
