Cheil Dallas serves as the lead agency for all Samsung projects in North America and is located at Legacy Central in Plano, Texas. Position SummaryGraphic Artists develop new concepts and adapt existing concepts in partnership with all CYLNDR disciplines and Cheil creatives, account service and project management. The Graphic Artist position is a blended role where the individual is an integral part of the design and execution of world-class content efficiently and error free. They are responsible for their work and the collaboration with other team members. Graphic Artists must possess the ability to design or execute materials and smoothly alternate between the processes as needed.

Key AccountabilitiesDesign/build technically accurate materials and final files efficiently, in budget, on time and error free.Develop, adapt, and present campaign assets, in line with client brand guidelines and tone of voice.Provide multiple options for internal review before aligning on potential solutions.Consider potential project issues and questions, and proactively seek out the correct solutions.Learn and understand any and all client and account nuances, including, but not limited to: client design preferences, logo parameters, templates and production requirements and share with team members on a regular basis.Ensure assets are developed quickly, in line with the pace of our client's needs.Support all Cheil/CYLNDR employees and clients in their needs regarding client service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests.Learn, understand and use on a daily basis Cheil/CYLNDR's workflow tool Adobe Workfront and encourage others to do so as well.Fiscal Responsibility

Be able to design/build content/final files efficiently and effectively enough for the vendors to be able to reproduce the communication without errors or incremental expense.Personal Leadership and Development

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications Design, or related field preferred.2+ years' experience within an agency, design firm, or in-house graphics service or equivalent as an Graphic Designer.A strong aesthetic eye is mandatory.A keen attention to detail.Passionate, positive, and solution seeker.This position has potential to be 100% remote within certain geo regions (Texas, New York, North Carolina)Open to extended hours, and weekend work as necessary.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Word, Excel, and prepress or production knowledge, experience within a related company types is a plus.Illustration and hand skills are a plus.
