And that brings us to you... or rather you to us. Cheil Dallas is looking for a Creative Director for Organic Social on the Campaigns team. Cheil Dallas is located in Plano, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, and home to some of the country's largest and most recognized brands' headquarters, like our client, Samsung.

About youWho you are is just as important as what you can do.Lead the creative team with visionary direction, managing a team of 5+ creatives, including remote team members.Develop and execute innovative advertising and marketing campaigns across various channels.Create and manage social media campaigns, oversee community engagement, and produce quick-turn content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure project success.Stay updated with industry trends and leverage new technologies for creative solutions.About the roleLike you, this job is multidimensional. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.10+ years in a creative leadership role, focusing on 360 campaigns.Strong portfolio showcasing impactful work across various channels.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and excellent communication skills.Experience managing paid social media campaigns and multiple social channels.Proven ability to lead a team of 5+ creatives, including remote teams.Strong understanding of media buying, audience targeting, and data analysis.Open to travel and some extended workdays.The ideal candidate will work and thrive in a hybrid office environment - 2 days in office; 3 days optional remote.Relocation assistance available.
