About The Role & Team

The Disney+ marketing team is responsible for the strategy and implementation of marketing for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle. Working closely with all divisions of Disney’s Direct to Consumer and Entertainment groups, including programming, data and insights, content marketing and production, the Disney+ marketing team drives brand strategy, subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention for Disney’s flagship direct-to-consumer streaming service globally.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and have a meticulous attention to detail.

This Executive Assistant role supports the EVP of Disney+ Marketing and the VP of Disney+ Brand and Marketing Strategy.

What You Will Do

Heavy meeting coordination, logistics, preparation, invitations and materialsCalendar management, including travel coordination, long-range planning and day-to-day meetingsAct as primary contact for all incoming phone calls and communications for EVP & VPPartner and work extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.Support departmental projects and strategy team executives as neededPrepare all business-related expenses using Concur and the SAP travel proxy role, ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely mannerOrder supplies/materials and process invoicesSupport departmental projects as neededSpearhead and coordinate internal team events/ meetings/ recognitions

Required Qualifications & Skills

At least one year of experience in an administrative position supporting at the senior management level, preferably in the entertainment industry or in an agency environmentProficient in PC and MACExcellent computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, change course of action quickly, and be flexibleExperienced with booking travel for your leader and/or team and preparing travel itinerariesAbility to protect your executive's time through strategic and proactive calendar management and vetting a variety of meeting requestsEffective communication skills, both verbally and writtenDemonstrated collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with other assistants and staff at all levelsAbility to work in a highly matrixed organization (ability to work with multiple leaders and manage work demands from multiple sources)Demonstrated ability to ask questions, raise concerns, and be an effective problem solverDetail-oriented with superior organization skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressureExceptional organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneouslyTeam player and easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities and assignmentsPositive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexibleAbility to be flexible with work schedule and to work overtime if needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, Keynote, and Google DocsPrior experience supporting marketing executives or experience working within the entertainment and/or streaming industryPassionate about entertainment including both movies and episodic series content, and the streaming business

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $63,400.00 - $85,000.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
