As a member of the Marketing Operations team, our Marketing Technology Project Manager I's oversees project activities and supports project management and platform configuration management throughout the delivery lifecycle - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with 2+ years of experience managing work efforts across multiple teams.

Familiarity with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Guide and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) including understanding of the project lifecycle.

Skills and Attributes:Ability to manage small work efforts with minimal supervision and motivate teams to achieve deliverables.

Proven problem-solving skills, with ability to identify, mediate, and resolve issues.

Successful track record of meeting budget, timeline, and requirement targets.

Experience with Microsoft Office and automated project management software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to present to various audiences.

Ability to identify milestones/deliverable delays and critical resource allocation issues.

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience with multimedia training platforms.

What You Will Do at Cambia:Responsible for work effort outcomes, including planning, task definition, scope management, and stakeholder communication.

Monitors and reports on work effort tasks, deliverables, resources, and issues, ensuring work efforts are on target.

Creates and maintains plans and documentation in compliance with established standards.

Develops and maintains the work effort documentation library, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

Prepares status reports and presents information to leadership, teams, and clients.

Supports multiple work efforts, ensuring timely deliverables and recommending courses of action to maintain effectiveness.

Contributes to the development of project management methods and best practices, ensuring adherence to company standards.
