Business Development Consultant – HCVM/AD Systems – West US

The purpose of this role is to develop and manage regional healthcare relationships with GPO’s and GPO members by driving market adoption of AD Systems sliding door products as the primary lead generation and lead conversation engine.

What You Will Do:

Identify target architects, end users and distribution partners through working with the RSOs and researching market

Responsible for qualifying incoming Dodge leads and either engaging an RSO sales team member or self-performing lead conversion as appropriate

Identify and drive participation in local tradeshows, conferences, etc.

Maintain and develop healthcare care pricing and standardization agreements thru our GPO and End User Owner relationships.

Develop new healthcare relationships by promoting AD Systems and Allegion’s healthcare program business models with targeted healthcare accounts in each RSO.

Coordinate selling activities with RSO end user and brand champs to ensure alignment of strategy and resources for each targeted healthcare account.

Provide vertical market expertise within each RSO thru education and product training for AD Systems and HCVM

Assist Architectural Services teams in the HCVM by providing key contacts and leads associated with GPO agreements and building out new relationships thru these programs.

Assist Architectural Services team with targeted architectural firms by implementing strategy around targeted firms healthcare studio.

Future scope – provide key strategic support with the onboarding of Stanley Automatic entrances within the HCVM. This includes identifying key accounts to leverage both for Stanley brands and Allegion legacy brands.

Drive RSO engagement and strategy for healthcare vertical market. Identify targets for and develop GPO and healthcare end user agreements with key end user organizations

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Minimum of five years sales experience, preferably in a business development role

Ability to gain understanding of all system components in order to develop solutions

Ability to learn industry specific software, and proficient with Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

30% travel

Candidate must live in the Western half of the US, preferably in the Seattle, Washington area.

Compensation

: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

The expected Base Salary Range: $101,000-$178,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
