Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Commercial Trainer & Instructional Design DirectorThis role will report to the Vice President of Commercial Enablement & Operations and will develop, implement and oversee comprehensive training programs that enable the Commercial team to achieve organization objectives.

The business units in the Commercial function include Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Consultant Relations, Partnerships and Clinical Network Teams.

The Commercial Trainer & Instructional Design Director is responsible for designing training programs focused on product knowledge, industry trends and competitive insights to empower the Commercial teams. developing best practice processes and executing a multi-pronged enablement program that ensures our teams are equipped and prepared with the knowledge, skills and tools to be successful.

Location : Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities :

Designing training programs focused on product knowledge, industry trends, competitive insights and other relevant topics to empower the Commercial Teams.

Developing and administering best practice curriculums to assess knowledge across the Commercial Team including applied learning activities, knowledge checks, certification programs and more. Monitor, analyze and report out on key metrics to assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for further enablement.

Conduct skill gap analysis and needs assessment to guide the development and implementation of new training programs.

Conduct individual and group coaching sessions with market-facing team members to assess performance, identify areas for improvement and develop tailored action plans.

Partner closely with Product Marketing to say up to date on industry trends, competitive intel and product capabilities.

Foster a culture of accountability, motivation and teamwork within the Commercial Team

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree required

10+ years of professional work experience in enablement, learning and development or operational roles

Healthcare background / knowledge required

Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
