Surface Experts techs can use artistic principles to repair everyday surfaces like floors, counters, tubs, cabinets, etc.Our mission at Surface Experts is to develop outstanding teams by investing in strong relationships. Together we work to solve our customers’ problems by reducing the waste of time, money, and materials which end up in landfills.We are a national franchise in the process of growing our local team and looking for a person to fill our field technician role. Both men and women make great Surface Experts techs, but there are requirements to determine if someone will have the skill set to learn quickly.Requirements:Experience of working with hands, whether in construction, manufacturing, or a hobbyIt is helpful to have an art background to understand and match colors; color blindness is a disqualifierCommitment to a minimum 2-year employmentAttention to detailCommitment to meet project timelinesCustomer service experienceExcellent work ethicImportant Note:This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
