As a Sr. Product Designer, you will be part of the team responsible for designing products that help our client's guests and members gain the most enjoyment from their experiences within our Parks, Resorts and Cruises. Beyond providing practical and useful solutions, you will craft digital experiences that connect with our guests on an emotional level, delivering designs with the quality and character expected from our client. You'll approach your work from a multidisciplinary, holistic perspective - applying expertise across user experience and interface design - to define and design complete product solutions. Key facets of this role include embracing ambiguity, being flexible, demonstrating design competency, and a relentless attention to detail. This is an opportunity for a designer who is passionate about delivering meaningfully resonant experiences across current and emerging digital platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities:Apply a broad range of capabilities (discovery & strategy, architecture, wireframing, full UX design, and validation) on digital product design from concept through execution and final implementationPartner with other designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product management, technology and consumer insights - to take work from ideation to realityApply your exceptional attention to detail and craft as you guide designs through to product implementation, ensuring final product development fully reflects design specificationsApply rigorous design thinking as we develop products at the crossroads of the physical and digital worldsInterpret, infuse and leverage our unique brands and properties to deliver on high expectations from our guestsReflect our evolving design patterns and contribute to further progressing our standards of excellenceListen to our guests and advocate for their perspectives, creating opportunities to deliver on their expectations within current and future projectsSupport the design team as we communicate our product design recommendations to our cross-functional leadership team by delivering sketches, wireframes, design specifications, compositions, and prototypesDesign product experiences across web, mobile web and native apps (iOS and Android)Be organized and knowledgeable on project and product detailsPresent work when needed to executive level stakeholders and use excellent visual, communication and storytelling skills to represent the product design process with stakeholders.Expected to work independently, maintain deadlines, and guide design work of more junior team members while maintaining close partnership with design leadership. Higher level of collaboration and team integration requiredBasic Qualifications:

4-8 years of dedicated industry experience operating as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer, possessing solid capabilities across possessing solid capabilities across a range of design disciplines2+ years experience working on an in-house design teamExperience with premium brands including e-commerceA track record for working with cross-functional product development teams to ship customer-facing digital productsDefining and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform and inspire designExperience creating products from a user-first design approachCapability to build interactive prototypes and captivating presentationsExcellent presentation and communication skillsA portfolio of your most impactful work - portfolio presentation is expected

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56 to $62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
