Summary:

This position will oversee the Marketing and Communications/PR functions, handling the day-to-day operations and responsibilities of the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring all projects are executed on time.Lead assigned projects, including cause-related marketing and special events.Develop, communicate, and implement marketing strategies.Interact with relevant marketing, media, and communications teams.Communicate marketing strategy to sales and marketing personnel.Effectively utilize electronic communication systems, PowerPoint, and social media to maximize marketing and sales efforts.Perform editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all marketing materials.Write marketing articles featuring business and market trends.Oversee the company's website and its content.Suggest and manage the marketing budget within approved limits.Ensure high-quality and cost-effective marketing strategies.Attend trade shows to assist with PR and marketing efforts.Maintain the marketing database and backup files.Keep records of printed materials.Collaborate with the Senior Director of HW Sales and Director of SW Sales to develop communication strategies that enhance the company's mission, products, and services.Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials, including letterhead, logos, brochures, and publications.Measure the cost-effectiveness of marketing strategies.Perform other duties as required.Requirements and Skills:

BS in Marketing or equivalentRelated Marketing/ Communications/PR Management experienceAble to perform hands-on functions required within the positionKnowledge and application experience within electronic communications such as Facebook.Experience in setting up, coordinating, and overseeing trade shows.Excellent organization and project management skills.Able to work efficiently under little direction, supervision, and follow-up. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to conduct effective Marketing trainingPossess and maintain a valid driver's licenseAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel up to 25%
