You will report into the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing (Grocery) on our client’s New Verticals Integrated Marketing team in their Consumer Integrated Marketing organization. The ideal candidate should be able to think about the business like a GM, drive forward highly cross-functional projects like a product manager, and understand how to speak to our client’s customers like a seasoned marketer. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of hitting aggressive business goals, managing complex marketing campaigns, and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders within marketing (brand marketing, growth & paid marketing, CRM, and product marketing) and outside of marketing (Strategy & Operations, Finance, Product, and Analytics).You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:Support the Senior Manager as a central liaison between Marketing teams, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, Analytics and other departments to execute on a holistic and integrated marketing strategySupport and/or lead Grocery marketing initiatives E2E from brief to creative and media/channel reviews, to results across influencer programs, paid media strategies, A/B tests, partnerships, in-app marketing, etc.Communicate with the cross-functional partners on the status and progress of initiatives, how the team is tracking towards goals, and proactively identify and flag risks and mitigation strategiesServe as the subject matter expert / liaison for Grocery for Totalco initiatives and moments/holidaysCompile and aggregate weekly business results across the NV org into a consolidate leadership reviewWe’re excited about you because:Have 6+ years experience in B2C marketing, preferably with mix of paid/retention marketing2 years or more in consulting, or operations a plusStrong excel skills required; basic SQL a plusExcellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize
