Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.Help Lead Global Creative Vision : Help guide our global creative vision, aligning with marketing, product development, digital strategies, and business objectives.Content Creation : Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging strategic content and creative assets across various brand projects, including video, social and influencer campaigns, marketing and promotional materials, email, print, branding, logo design, packaging, media, and PR programs.Collaboration and Communication : Interact effectively with team members and supervisors across multiple departments. Build strong relationships with Brand Marketing, Global Marketing, Product Development, Ecommerce, and Social Media teams to drive the creative strategy across the company.Brand Consistency : Ensure consistent application of the brand and visual identity across all collateral and marketing materials.Global Market Consistency : Drive creative consistency in packaging and digital platforms globally. Ensure adherence to brand style guides internally and externally.Photography Vision : Collaborate with the CBO/Creative Director to set the vision for photography and direct all photography efforts for packaging, social media, and Ecommerce use.Digital Strategy : Ensure a thoughtful creative strategy and positive user interface across multiple digital platforms.Team Management : Manage a team of designers and photo/video producers, demonstrating enthusiasm for the creative landscape and new technologies. Inspire and guide the Creative Team to meet business objectives.Required Skills:Leadership Experience : 10-12 years in a managerial role for design teams, with significant emphasis on interactive media at a hypergrowth consumer startup or a well-known CPG brand.Design Proficiency : Strong on the UI//UX/Digital side. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to evaluate future tools for team productivity.Interpersonal Skills : Thrive in a team environment, acting as a patient leader who excels in coaching young designers and illustrators. You understand the importance of supporting C-Suite executives and are skilled in giving and receiving feedback gracefully.Communication Skills : Excellent communicator, capable of presenting and selling creative ideas, their rationale, and specific solutions clearly and confidently.Media Expertise : Experience in animation and video production, adept at creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram Stories, TikTok campaigns, and both short and long-form videos.Aesthetic and Music Sense : Impeccable taste and an appreciation for the role of music in storytelling through motion.Multi-Medium Concepting : Ability to conceptualize across various mediums, including social, digital, print, audio, experiential, and emerging platforms.Vendor Network : A reliable network of vendors, including copywriters, stylists, video directors, and editors.Social Media Fluency : Strong understanding of driving conversation and engagement across social channels.Design Sensibilities : Strong communication design skills, understanding the integration of composition, information hierarchy, color theory, and typography to convey messages effectively.Ecommerce Creativity : Proven creativity in the Ecommerce space, successfully taking concepts through to build.Project Management : Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.Salary range:

$165,000 - $200,000
