$45/hr. - $50/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Requirements:Typical Day in the Role* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to create Microsoft templates* Key projects: This role will contribute to producing Microsoft Designer templates.* Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will require the designer to use their background in graphic design in combination with generative AI technologies to create, review, and edit Designer templates. A portfolio showcasing high quality graphic design work (note: not UX/UI) is required. Examples should show an understanding of style, composition, and typography. Familiarity with and examples of text to image AI technology use should be provided (can be sent separately if not available in portfolio). Candidates should be highly organized and detailed oriented while able to work with high volumes and scale. Minimum 3+ years' experience with Graphic design.2. Minimum 3+years' experience with high volume creative work.3.
