BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant 3 Job for an opportunity at Remote, PST Hours! Position Title: Marketing Assistant 3 Location: Remote, PST Hours Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: Contract of 11 Months and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $38 - $40/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree is preferred to be eligible for this role. * Minimum 5 years' experience with Data-driven analysis with high proficiency of Excel; Able to manipulate pivot tables using existing data cubes, build net-new tables of data in a workbook by joining multiple outputs of data, and find and implement a new function never used before * Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally related to sales analysis, trend analysis, or price promotions * Minimum 5 years' experience with Project management skills, including the ability to lead projects and engage with cross-functional partners. Job Description: Summary: Analyze sales and promotions data to develop insights and generate reports. Support on-going sales enablement processes to optimize new product launch execution. Job Responsibilities: * Use data from internal and external sources to analyze performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights related to Surface PC promotions * Generate monthly/quarterly reports to summarize promotion performance and insights that will be used for executive leadership reviews * Create and manage a central repository for promotion reports, data files, and dashboards that can be accessed by others * Manage and maintain an existing intake process to facilitate field sales requests for launch readiness support Skills and Qualifications: * Understanding of what price promotions (sales discounts) are, why they're used, and the impact they can have on sales performance * Data-driven analysis with high proficiency of Excel; Able to manipulate pivot tables using existing data cubes, build net-new tables of data in a workbook by joining multiple outputs of data, and find and implement a new function never used before * Basic project management: Able to define specific outcomes, build a project plan with key milestones, lead tracking reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to drive accountability, and identify areas to optimize existing processes * Proficient with PowerPoint storytelling; Able to create slides that tell a story through a combination of datapoints, charts/tables, and main point bullets * Self-starter that can identify opportunities within their existing projects and then take immediate action without requiring specific guidance on every next step * Concise and clear written/verbal communicator, and comfortable asking questions to ensure there's clarity on a given topic and a shared understanding of priorities and expectations Additional Preferred Qualifications and Skills: * Familiar with writing prompts for AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) * Ability to build a PowerBI dashboard * Prior experience at client Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, finance, or equivalent training preferred * 5-7 years related experience required; mark To view the full job description,
