Join a team of proven leaders who have already created billions of dollars in value in the financial technology space.As VP of Marketing, you will be instrumental in fueling substantial customer acquisition and growth across our embedded lending and direct to consumer strategies, as well our investor marketplace. You will execute marketing campaigns targeted to both partners and sales people at our partner organizations, as well as the end-customers / borrowers. Target partners include fintech platforms, mortgage banks, servicers, regional banks, credit unions, contractors, real estate and home services companies. The expanding product offering includes a suite of products across lending and capital markets services.Success in this role requires a synergistic marketing strategy across all segments Integrated marketing campaigns will incorporate earned / organic, direct mail, media / communications, paid, social, influencer, content and community. You will be leading the team that drives and measures these efforts .What You'll DoDeveloping and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at bolstering ) partner and partner-salesforce acquisition, 2) homeowner engagement and acquisition, while deepening across various brand and content channels.Orchestrating the seamless integration of cross-channel campaigns across multiple teams and platforms within the sales and marketing ecosystem of Figure Technology.Defining and tracking key KPIs that align with core business objectives.Providing regular reporting on vital campaign metrics and facilitating the exchange of information across Figure Technology Solutions and its business units as necessary.Assisting in the development of customer profiles and propensity models to bolster both acquisition and retention efforts.Overseeing the performance marketing and business-to-business marketing units to optimize marketing efforts and achieve targeted volume at budgeted CAC.Engaging with Communications team to collaborate on content, campaigns and messagingAssessing resource allocation in conjunction with key stakeholders and overseeing internal marketing agency teams (creative and content) to ensure optimal performance.Effectively managing marketing expenditure in alignment with business partners, optimizing investments with agencies and suppliers.Actively participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual goal-setting sessions to drive strategic alignment and achievement of objectives.What We Look For:Minimum of 10+ years of marketing management experience, with a proven track record in a similar role particularly within the dynamic realms of growth-stage fintech or technology firms.A blend of experience in both early-stage startups and established companies.Track record of success in campaign development, strategic content planning, audience engagement, and leveraging various platforms to hit ambitious targets.Ability to design compelling content and journeys based on market segment and customer demographics to increase top of funnel volume and conversion to maximize loan growthAn assertive and action-oriented leader adept at prioritizing pivotal initiatives and catalyzing customer adoption of Figure Technology Solutions offerings. Proficient in making informed decisions autonomously, taking full ownership of strategy and execution.A compelling storyteller with a talent for effectively communicating across diverse audiences globally.
