We're looking for great people who are creative thinkers, self-motivators, and impact-makers looking to help shape the future of streaming.About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Sales Marketing to lead our Sales Marketing team inclusive of content marketing, strategic account marketing, and integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advertising, connected TV, and ad tech. They will be responsible for strengthening our B2B brand and business reputation, driving demand for our ad products and services, and enabling our sales team to increase annual revenue.This is a hybrid role based in New York City and reports to the SVP, B2B Marketing.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of functional experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales marketing strategy aligned with overall business goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing effortsContent Marketing:Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content that highlights the value of our ad-supported streaming platform including thought leadership materials, case studies, white papers, and other content to enhance our B2B brand presenceDrive demand for our ad products and services through targeted marketing campaigns and initiativesEnsure content marketing efforts are data-driven and optimized for lead generation and conversionStrategic Account Marketing:Enable the sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our advertising solutionsOversee the design and implementation of marketing programs tailored to key strategic accountsPartner with the sales team to create customized marketing materials and presentations that address client needs and showcase our ad solutionsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of account-specific marketing initiatives, including establishing KPIs and optimization of marketing efforts to achieve revenue targetsBranded Entertainment & Sponsorships:Develop and manage branded entertainment and sponsorship opportunities that align with client objectives and enhance viewer engagementCreate integrated marketing programs that combine sponsorships, content, and advertising to drive brand visibility and revenueCollaborate with external partners and agencies to deliver innovative and effective branded contentRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales marketing, advertising, or a related fieldProven track record of leadership in a similar role within the connected TV, ad tech, or digital advertising industriesStrong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and revenue growth strategiesExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyProficiency in marketing analytics and performance trackingCreative and innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously#LI-SL1Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
