As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies across brand and category levels. You will oversee a team dedicated to enhancing brand equity, driving category growth, and creating compelling consumer experiences. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, and Operations.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Marketing Director to lead our brand and category marketing teams.DescriptionBrand Strategy and Development:Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with business objectives.Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continually refine and strengthen brand presence.

Category Marketing Leadership:Lead the development and execution of category-specific marketing plans to drive growth and market share.Collaborate with Product Development to launch new products, conducting market research, and defining product positioning.Implement promotional strategies, pricing initiatives, and shopper marketing programs to optimize category performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales to develop effective trade marketing programs and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.Partner with Operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing supply chain efficiencies where applicable.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns on time and within budget.

Team Leadership and Development:Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, encouraging continuous learning and growth.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:Define KPIs for brand and category marketing initiatives, regularly tracking and analyzing performance metrics.Provide insightful reporting and recommendations to senior management based on campaign results and market insights.
