Amylu is currently in the process of rapid growth and is expanding our offerings to include new delicious product lines made with organic and antibiotic-free meats, fresh vegetables, natural cheeses, and creative spice blends.We are looking for a high energy, passionate, and communicative Senior Marketing Coordinator to play an integral role in driving Amylu's growth. You will be responsible for the initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales and assist in the day-to-day marketing operations, helping strategize and execute the go-to market plans. You will help manage our portfolio of products across retail channels and assist in the daily marketing needs for both the Marketing and Sales teams to move the business forward. The successful candidate will have superior communication and project management skills and be able to complete multiple projects with varying deadlines. This is a great position for someone with 2-4 years of experience looking to join an expanding Marketing team at a quickly growing CPG company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in the planning, implementation, and management of comprehensive marketing programs for shopper marketing, e-commerce, and new business initiativesTake part in helping create cohesive, well-rounded campaigns, promoting key milestones and product launches that amplify brand messaging and drive engagementPartner with the sales team to develop a compelling sales and tradeshow materials that link brand strategy to category and consumer needsCreate and manage marketing collateral, including pitch decks, that showcase a compelling narrative for vendors, retail partners, and internal useParticipate in strategic discussions that prioritize benchmarks across multiple retailers and marketsEvaluate programs by analyzing results to determine the success of campaigns and provide ongoing marketing recommendationsMonitor the competitor landscape, keeping up with the latest trends and best practices, bringing new opportunities to keep Amylu top of mind for consumersUphold brand standards in all areas of marketingParticipate in the product development process by identifying trends, analyzing opportunities, and assessing the market needMange all aspects of the brand websiteAssist Marketing Director/VP with daily objectives to meet key monthly metricsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required2-4 years of experience, preferably in the CPG space at either a brand or agencyProven track record in managing several projects/tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detailA self-starter, who can drive projects with limited supervisionStrong organizational skills are requiredEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple team members and external vendorsAbility to read and understand dataUnderstanding of Excel, Word, and PowerPointComfort working in an entrepreneurial culture with a consumer centric mindsetPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs.This position is hybrid, with 3 days required in our Chicago office
