Upkeep of local marketing collateral on internal server, website, and intranet. Materials include printed, digital, and video.Fulfill all national marketing requests, i.e., newsletter stories, photo requests, spreadsheets, etc.Create and maintain local materials and client distributionDevelop customized collateral for specific clients and targetsIdeate, research, and design proactive materialsInvestigate and organize new OOH and Mobile advertising opportunitiesCollaborate with Sales Teams and Managers on local, regional and national projects, presentations, proposals and other sales/marketing collateralAssist in writing & developing market content for outfront.com and OUTFRONT's social channelsBecome research expert within the market(s)Learn, work with, and understand marketing research as it can best be used on sales collateral, competitive research requests, customized presentations, etc.Ability to analyze and pull insights from data setsAttend and present in local weekly sales meetingsParticipate in monthly marketing calls with corporate officeRespond in timely manner to Account Executive's questions, sales needs, and handle all incoming requests appropriately and accuratelyCollaborate with the regional marketing team on various projects, including all project phases from brainstorming, creation, delivery, and follow upAbility and curiosity to learn new skills and resources as they are deployedAbility and willingness to plan and execute office events such as parties, team building exercises, outings, etc.Be responsive and complete projects as needed and as directed by the Regional Marketing Manager and/or Sales ManagementPrioritize current marketing needs on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis, communicating those goals daily to Regional Marketing Manager, revising as neededYour Qualifications

Bachelor's DegreeStrong market(s) knowledgeExperience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign & Photoshop and Microsoft Office including PowerPointMUST be able to work in fast-paced environment: meet strict deadlines & handle multiple ongoing projects concurrentlyMust be able to work in a team setting and independently, many times taking initiative/lead on projects and requestsMust be able to take initiative, introduce new ideas with an emphasis on 'forward thinking' and sales generationDesire to learn marketing/advertising and how our business fits into 'The Big Picture'Strong eye for design/visual aestheticsStellar writing, organizational, and time management skillsPassionate - no job too small mentalityExperience in or exposure to Mobile Advertising a plusProfessional advertising/marketing experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $24-27/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position. This role is also eligible for Commission. This role will be eligible to participate in Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K, and to accrue Vacation.
