Our mission is to facilitate growth by identifying and attracting exceptional talent.We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join an amazing team and company that is experiencing growth!The Marketing Manager Will:Oversee all projects and tasks submitted by the Sales team on behalf of travel partners. This includes managing print and digital ads, flyers, and other marketing content.Collaborate closely with the marketing coordinator to develop schedules, set deadlines, and allocate work to marketing team members. You'll also work across departments to ensure seamless project execution.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to create customized marketing materials.Conduct thorough quality checks on all marketing material to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and accurately represent our offerings.Keep the Sales team informed about upcoming marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the Sales and Promotions/Inventory Management teams to develop enticing travel advisor incentives and exclusive account-specific offers.Ensure offer details are seamlessly integrated into the reservation system, internal reference tools, and broadly communicated.Monitor the success of account sale offers and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure marketing and sales fulfillment needs for events are met, proactively monitoring inventory levels.Commuting to Hidden Hills office 4 days a weekYour Marketing Manager Experience:4+ years of direct marketing experience1+ years of experience managing a teamStrong knowledge of full cycle marketing process/structuresRRC is an equal opportunity employer.
