Invenio seeks a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Purpose:

The purpose of this document is to define the responsibility and qualifications of the Marketing Manager

Equipment:Computer / PhoneResponsibilities:Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on enhancing digital presence, engagement, and lead conversion.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams to strategize and produce compelling website content, ensuring consistency in style and layout.Utilize data-driven insights from content marketing analytics to identify trends and anticipate customer preferences and behaviors.Create and manage a comprehensive content editorial calendar, scheduling targeted marketing campaigns, press releases, feature articles, and brochure content.Generate compelling content for website pages, blog posts, social media platforms, and newsletters, catering to both stakeholder requirements and audience interests.Plan and implement effective email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing customer interest in company products and services.Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize content according to SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and organic search rankings.Edit, proofread, and refine content as necessary to maintain quality and alignment with brand standards.Evaluate and measure the performance of content and marketing strategies against organizational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in developing branding materials and tools for tradeshows and events to strengthen brand presence and visibility.Lead the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering collaboration among stakeholders and leveraging internal processes effectively.Collect and analyze consumer behavior data such as web traffic, email click-through rates (CTRs), and LinkedIn engagement to inform content and marketing strategies.Understand and integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to empathize with customer pain points and identify unmet product needs, enhancing marketing effectiveness.Qualifications/Education:A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is required.Four+ years of related marketing or communications work.Knowledge in the health care/ medical industry preferred.Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, landing pages and content development.Strong project management skillsDemonstrated proficiency with content writing, social media applications, such as LinkedIn and TwitterPossess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumenAdequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)Strong communication and presentation skillsWorking knowledge with CRM programsSolid computer skills, including MS Excel, InDesign, web analyticsProficiency with SEO/SEM campaignsAbility to travel as necessary
