TCI's programs blend hands-on, engaging activities delivered in a streamlined, flexible online platform that provides immediate feedback for teachers and students. K-12 students actively engage with the product in ways that make social studies and science memorable. Teachers can deliver lessons with minimal prep time, and students gain a deep understanding of the content. With more than 1 million users, it has a significant impact nationwide.

The Job:

A UX Designer will embrace TCI's values of innovation, collaboration, productivity, life-long learning, and community. These values will be demonstrated through:Conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and other tools to gather user needs.Collaborating with user proxies to wireframe new feature ideas.Evaluating proposed features through customer feedback, competitor analysis, and other sources.Providing feedback on vendor-created designs and features.Auditing features for accessibility and usability.Why You Should Apply:

At least three years of UX design experience.Extensive experience with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.Experience with using and maintaining a design system.Plus: Knowledge of web accessibility best practices, including WCAG 2.2+.Plus: Knowledge of conducting user research.

Salary Description

$42 - $52 per hour
