It is also home to Disney Theatrical Group, producer of world-class stage shows, as well as Disney Music Group.Position Summary:The Executive Assistant provides high-quality administrative support to the Co-Chairman of Disney Entertainment while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This office has two Executive Assistants that split the duties of the Co-Chairman’s office.Responsibilities:Manage phone calls and messagesCoordinate and manage the Co-Chairman’s calendar, including all meetings, appointments, events, and travelPrioritize and organize schedules to optimize the Co-Chairman’s timeBrief Co-Chairman ahead of all meetings and eventsArrange travel, meetings, and events by developing and maintaining checklists for accuracyMaintain, organize, and monitor status of all important documents, files, and recordsArrange all travel and logistics, including payments, processing, andconfirmation of all reservationsEnsure logistics and preparation for events are provided to the Co-Chairman in a timely and organized mannerOrganize, prepare, and submit expense reportsCreate presentations and decks as neededTake notes during meetings and ensure accurate documentationLiaise with executives, talent, and other assistants internally and externallyRepresent the department in a professional mannerExercise discretion in all interactionsSupport departmental projects as neededSupport, collaborate and back-up second executiveassistant in all aspects of management and organizationof the office of the Co-ChairmanRequirements:5+ years administrative experience supporting a senior level executive (Agency, Production or Studio environment preferred).Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to solve problemsAbility to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer literacy and proficiency with office software and tools, including PowerPoint and ExcelDemonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quicklyDetail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressureAbility to work with confidential informationPositive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexibleStrong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a teamApplies good instincts and judgement navigating complex situations and environmentsOvertime as needed and approvedMust be able to work onsite, 5 days per week

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $102,000 to $136,700 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
