We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies and initiatives. This organized, strategic individual will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate planning, coordinate campaigns, and ensure operational efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects are essential to drive successful marketing outcomes.As a member of the Dolby marketing team, you’ll see and hear the results of your work everywhere, from movie theaters to smartphones and cars.Responsibilities

:Marketing Strategy Support :

Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.• Assist in developing marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.• Benchmark marketing performance against industry standards.• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.Marketing Planning & Coordination :• Facilitate marketing planning, including calendars and project schedules.• Ensure cross-functional alignment with marketing goals.• Serve as project manager for key initiatives.• Maintain marketing documentation and track progress.• Coordinate campaign logistics and manage content creation, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution.Marketing Operations Optimization :• Streamline processes to improve efficiency.• Implement marketing automation tools for campaign management.• Support evaluation and adoption of new marketing technologies.Data Analysis, Innovation, and Reporting :• Distribute Regional Marketing “one-sheets” to partner audiences.• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).• Generate reports and insights to evaluate performance and measure ROI.• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies.• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in marketing processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration :• Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, and finance to align efforts with business goals.• Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and coordinate initiatives.KPIs :• Quality and clarity of the annual Regional Marketing Strategy & Plan.• Quality and clarity of regional marketing performance reporting.• Growth in internal stakeholder and external partner communications.• On-time project completion rate.• Cross-functional stakeholder satisfaction & communication effectiveness.• Regional marketing team satisfaction regarding operational processes.• Data accuracy and integrity enabling reliable performance analysis.Qualifications

:Education and Experience :• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).• 3+ years in marketing, project management, or operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in marketing planning and project management tools (Airtable, Miro, etc.).• Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.Desired Characteristics :• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and stakeholders.• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.• Analytical mindset for data analysis and data-driven recommendations.• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.• Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability.• Ability to work with virtual teams.• Willingness to travel (up to 20%).#LI-JB1The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $94,000 - $113,000, which can vary if outside this location,plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
