The Communications Technical Analyst (ATSC 3.0 and Digital Radio) brings experience and skills in supporting and providing recommendations on relevant emerging technology, including ATSC 3.0 and digital radio, to enhance integrated systems. Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of relevant experience in communication networks and broadcast technology and at least a Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: electrical engineering, electronic engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, management information systems, or broadcast technology.

Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.Responsibilities:

Provide industry knowledge in emerging broadcast technologies that can be applied to client’s integrated system architecture with benefits to customers and stakeholders.Review client’s existing system infrastructure to assess areas that can benefit from emerging broadcast technology.Determine the business and technical viability of technologies.Develop recommendations and a road map for the client to implement emerging broadcast technologies (ATSC 3.0 and digital radio).Apply and enhance excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients.Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time.Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop.Required Qualifications:

At least 10 years of relevant experience in communication networks and broadcast technology.Hands-on experience within ATSC 3.0 and/or digital radio broadcast technology industry.Prior work integrating broadcast technology into a new system.Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential.Excellent attention to detail in creating compelling presentations and decision documents to help clients make critical decisions about the future of their organization.Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship).Education: At least a bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: electrical engineering, electronic engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, management information systems, broadcast technology, or a similar field.Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a fast-growth consulting firm.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Innovation:
