We are currently seeking a talented and creative Jr. Graphic Designer to join our client’s team. As a Jr. Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our print design and print production efforts. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various print materials, including marketing collateral, packaging, signage, and promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ideas for print materialsDesign and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and illustrations for print projectsEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identityPrepare print-ready files for production, including pre-press checks and color correctionsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and production, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectivesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in print design and production techniquesManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAssist with photo retouching and editing as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field1-2 years of experience in print design, preferably in a retail or fashion industryProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation for various print materialsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work with precisionAbility to take feedback and make revisions accordinglyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
