Required Qualifications :
The contractor shall provide graphics support to our client. Products and activities include the production of graphics and text publications such as newsletters, pamphlets, posters, charts brochures, fact sheets, signage, name tags; design and produce graphics from sketches; design and produce graphics based on verbal or written descriptions; digitize maps and diagrams and incorporate into documents or other graphic illustrations.
Candidate must have a strong knowledge of the following desktop software applications:
Adobe Indesign
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Acrobat Pro
Microsoft Office 360 2013 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pagemaker
Our client has established a service standard of completing graphic requests within 5 working days of receipt of the request. The manager shall be promptly notified when it is believed a graphics request will not be completed within the 5-day service standard. It is understood that the quantity of work, work priorities, or the size/scale of the job could prohibit a job from being completed within five working days.
A log of service requests shall be maintained so that the type and quantity of requests can be evaluated, as well as the contractor's ability to respond. The log may include such entries as: requester, nature of work, estimated time to complete, time request received, time job started, time completed, and time requester notified of job completion.
