The Coordinator, Trade Marketing position is involved in developing and executing retail marketing efforts. This role requires organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and high degree of collaboration with cross functional partners. Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player, and highly organized.
WHAT YOU DO:
Support the Senior Manager, Trade Marketing and the VP, Trade Marketing as key marketing partner to Hourglass North America Sales team, Specialty retail partners, and key accounts including Sephora, Ulta, and Mecca
Lead new item setup for all North America and Australia retailers, including delivery of digital assets and copy
Process North America and Australia retailer digital asset requests
Partner closely with the Creative team on creative asset brief submissions for retailer requests
Review retailer dotcom product pages for accuracy and update assets as needed
Coordinate distribution of product comps for seasonal launches, Market Week meetings, and ad hoc retailer requests for marketing campaigns, animation pitches, photo shoots, social exposures, etc.
Partner with Sr. Manager, Trade Marketing on execution of Sampling initiatives
Ad hoc projects based on business/team needs

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years of experience within beauty industry or consumer packaged goods
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Experience working at innovative and fast-paced brands, preferred
Passion for product, specifically cosmetics and skincare, a plus
Must be adaptable, resourceful and forward thinking
Thrives on solving problems and looking at implementing creative solutions
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Creative, positive and high-energy individual with an ability to execute
Must be able to work from Corporate Office (West Hollywood, CA) at least 60% of the time.
The expected hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $28.00. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
