The Megan Molten Shop offers home furnishings & accessories to local and online customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Interior Designer at Megan Molten in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Lead Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing a team of like-minded individuals creating elevated designs in our signature aesthetic. The ideal candidate will be motivator, team player, and general people pleaser. This position will require communicating with potential/active clients, goal setting, managing timelines, working with vendors, and creating an amazing designs.QualificationsSpace Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skillsInterior Design and FF&E expertiseExperience in luxury new builds & renovationsDemonstrated creativity and attention to detailStrong project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field3-5 years experience in interior design or related fieldCompensation based on experience.
