JOB SUMMARY: As the Marketing Communications Technology Specialist, you ll be driving our marketing automation and sales enablement initiatives forward by pushing the limits of what can be done with the integration, automation, and administration efforts of our CRM and marketing automation systems. This role is instrumental in leveraging Coldspring s marketing technology to enhance our strategies, optimize marketing processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. The majority of the time, you ll be interacting with various departments within Coldspring in addition to agency partners and the market to create, deliver, measure, and optimize marketing plans, channels, content, and sales enablement. The goal of the Marketing Communications Technology Specialist is to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity. WHAT YOU LL BE DOING: Serving as the administrator and business owner of various Marketing Technologies - Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement, CRM, etc; driving user adoption, providing support, implementing SOPs, and recommendations to increase utilization and performance Driving CRM processes and data stewardship, ensuring the integrity of account records in the CRM, including lead data and opportunities Executing lead flow strategies to move prospects through the lead cycle and optimize funnel velocity through the collaboration of cross-functional marketing and sales teams Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and technology solutions Leading the marketing campaign and sales funnel data requests Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales to ensure successful project implementation Proactively manage and modify programs to achieve objectives within planned budgets Working with outside agencies, partners, and freelance vendors when necessary to coordinate various marketing tactics Actively pursuing ongoing learning in your field and becoming an expert in emerging communication trends, platforms, systems, and KPIs to improve communication efficiencies within the company QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional qualification Experience: 5+ years of experience working in marketing or related service firm experience SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Working Knowledge of Digital/Virtual technology tools 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Sales Operations, or related discipline - preferably in a B2B industry Hands-on experience with m rketing automation, CRM, marketing funnel, and other B2B systems and concepts Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal), able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, and be comfortable with tight deadlines Self-starter who enjoys "figuring things out"; a creative thinker Experience in implementing and maintaining marketing automation platforms as part of a sophisticated marketing stack Experience managing a marketable database Data-driven approach and highly analytical Strong understanding of marketing attribution, lead, contact, and account scoring Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative Ability to effectively communicate including delivering creative and innovative thoughts QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional qualification Experience: 2+ years of experience working in marketing or related service firm experience SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of digital/virtual technology tools Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, marketing funnel, and other B2B systems and concepts Effective communicator (written and verbal), able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, and comfortable with tight deadlines Self-starter who enjoys "figuring things out"; a creative thinker Have a data-driven approach and be highly analytical Strong understanding of marketing attribution, lead, contact, and account scoring Excellent written and oral communication skills If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, or are limited in the ability or unable to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying, please call or text Jillian Opdahl at 320-685-4681 or email Jillian at jopdahl@coldspringusa.com for assistance.
