We're looking for a stellar Marketing Manager with the talent, skill, and drive to grow with us!As our Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of various marketing processes, including managing the social media calendar, coordinating with advertising partners, overseeing website projects, evaluating our marketing performance metrics, executing email campaigns, creating compelling content, organizing trade shows, supporting sales efforts, and much more. Your creativity and organizational prowess will be crucial in driving our marketing success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.Coordinate and maintain workflows with advertising partners to optimize campaigns.Oversee website projects to enhance user experience and drive traffic.Execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.Create high-quality content for various marketing channels.Plan and manage trade shows to maximize brand exposure.Provide sales support through the creation of marketing materials and strategies.Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.Communicate with design team team in China to keep design projects on track and on message.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management and design.Proficient in graphic design tools and software.Strong organizational and project management skills.MUST HAVE the ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY.
