ROLE OVERVIEW

As a member and leader of the Marketing team, the Brand Marketing Manager will support the content management, strategy and execution of all marketing channels. The Brand Marketing Manager helps lead the development and facilitation of a wide variety of marketing tactics and collateral to drive awareness, acquisition and engagement. The Manager will also help assist the execution of smaller projects and administrative tasks related to Social Media, Merchandising, Events, and Promotions, all with a goal to increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition and constantly elevate the client experience. The Brand Marketing Manager will also act as the main liaison between outside agencies, vendors and partners and the brand itself. As a champion of the brand, the Brand Marketing Manager will execute all tasks with core brand values, mission statement and pillars in mind.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Instrumental in the development of the National Marketing strategy, taking into consideration seasonality trends, client data, and revenue and brand goalsImplement and execute go to market strategies, driven by analytics to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.Innovate and maintain all monthly marketing calendars, including creation of social media calendarPrepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.Support and assist all content creation strategies and develop processes to streamline and keep all branded content relevant and innovative.Assist in the development and implementation of Local Marketing Toolkit, New Shop Opening and Merchandising Playbooks.Partner with all shop business managers, nurses, photographers, influencers, etc. to gather shop experience content.Partner and support Marketing Analysts to create weekly reports highlighting efforts and analyzing new and existing marketing campaigns.Act as marketing liaison between field team and corporate team.Create and manage the process and execution of all brand events, both inside and outside the clinics.Support and implement Brand Partnership strategy and ensure that we have quarterly partnerships (at minimum) with like minded brands.Maintain relationships with retail property groups and free-standing location contacts to preserve good relations for future marketing opportunities.Project manages all Retail Marketing creative briefs, calendars, documents and presentations to completion.Create and launch survey's, focus groups, and additional research tactics to help and support key learnings about clients, trends and preferences.Partner with operations and compose all weekly field Marketing communication.Manage and implement branded photoshoots and/or content days including but not limited to; communication with agencies, sourcing models, creating moodboards, shotlists and additional creative direction.Be the brand point person for external agencies including PR, creative and social media as well as onboarding and processes that come with it.Onboarding marketing team members such as coordinators or interns.Setting goals and budgets for all organic marketing initiatives as well as being integral in decision making for partnerships, events and overall brand initiatives with keeping budget in mind.Setting goals and managing product requests from external vendors.Strategize and implement CRM email creative.Working closely with influencers and content creators on the facilitation and creation of UGC style content.Implement and complete branded swag creative processes (influencer & internal), ordering, budgeting, etc.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare presentation materialsResearch and analyze marketing trends and opportunities.Keep pulse on aesthetics trends to evolve to be able to suggest new ideas for the in-shop experience.Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years of marketing experienceSolid understanding of marketing strategies and familiarity with marketing management skillsExperience with managing a team as well as external agenciesExcellent presentation, communication and project management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Service-based retail industry experience is a major plusEffective team-building skills and excellent cross-functional communicationDesire to bring structure to undefined proceduresPAY: $70,000-$85,000 annual salary
