JLL business line marketers play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate leads, and support business development efforts. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to create and implement marketing initiatives that enhance the brand position and drive business growth.

The candidate will have broad knowledge across the marketing and communications mix - and should have deep experience in working closely with sales teams. The candidate will also have fluency in digital marketing and its incorporation into account-based and growth marketing.

The Marketing Manager must be professional, organized, and motivated, as well as have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-impact environment. The role requires creativity as well as excellent project management and communication skills, and a firm grasp of technology. This position is based out of our Chicago or Atlanta offices.

Responsibilities:Build strategic partnerships and collaboration with stakeholders, going beyond their requests to deliver exceptional marketing support.Develop compelling positioning and messaging for our portfolio of PDS services and products, ensuring strong resonance with the target audience.Collaborate with the content team to create impactful and relevant content that engages and influences target buyers.Work closely with sales enablement and operations teams to generate effective sales enablement deliverables.Lead the planning and execution of commercial launches for new services and products, ensuring successful market introductions.Develop customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use.Monitor and report on the performance of services/products in the market, effectively communicating the results of sales and marketing efforts.Create and execute marketing plans for both the overall business and industry-specific content within the PDS sector.Drive targeted campaigns, including Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, to generate marketing qualified leads, leveraging various channels and measuring campaign effectiveness.Enhance and maintain the web presence for PDS, including the creation of engaging landing pages and innovative strategies to increase traffic and followers.Manage industry event presence, including identifying sponsorship and speaking opportunities, coordinating JLL's participation, and maximizing brand exposure.Qualifications: •

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant fieldsMinimum 8 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm; real estate industry experience a strong plusUnderstanding of campaign management and demand creation processes a must; experience in executing named account-based marketing strategies a plusProven experience working with sales teams and developing follow up strategies for marketing programs to drive awareness and salesExcellent project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsUnderstanding of and commitment to superior client service (internally and externally) with a strong executive presenceProven ability to participate in and influence cross-functional teamsTrack record of sophisticated strategic marketing in the B2B services arenaImpeccable attention to detailHigh level of resourcefulnessAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to identify, communicate and solve problems quicklyKnowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel requiredFamiliarity with Workfront, Eloqua, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salesforce a plusStrong digital skills with the ability to master new technologiesPositive, can-do attitudeLocation:
