Here's the person we're seeking to join our team:

You're a dynamic, capable, experienced marketer and strategic thinker with a strong appreciation for data-driven results and finding innovative ways to reach and engage new audiences. You're fascinated by consumer behavior. You're adept at bringing together multiple ideas and data points and synthesizing them into a unified point of view-even when there is ambiguity. You operate well in a fast-paced environment where priorities and direction evolve frequently to ensure we're providing the best products, services and offers possible to our customers. You're a team player, and no job is too big or too small for you. You value being part of a team, and working together to ensure the job is done right, and done well.

But most importantly: you want to be part of a team of problem-solving, fun-loving, smart and collaborative people who are committed to producing outstanding work.

As a part of the Personal & Business Banking U.S. Deposit marketing team, you will be accountable for helping to drive deposit and account growth across BMO's suite of checking products. That means writing compelling, insight-driven briefs for our agency partners. It means building and maintaining a strong and collaborative partnership with our business to produce effective marketing campaigns. And it means evaluating our performance data, analyzing success and opportunities, and surveying the competitive landscape to come up with campaigns that persuade consumers to join-and stay with-BMO.

You love working in Excel, Power BI, Tableau and other reporting sources to visualize data, glean insights, and propose next steps based on what you find. You will forecast spend and performance goals and use data to refine our strategies to optimize growth and limit attrition. And you'll feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly matrixed organization to ensure we're producing engaging, high-quality marketing that drives deposit growth and retention across the U.S. market.
