JOB SUMMARY

The Manager of Marketing Campaigns is responsible for supporting and optimizing the execution of marketing campaigns. The position oversees the implementation of marketing tactics, with a particular focus on email marketing, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and achieve our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will: possess exceptional project management skills with a data-driven approach, have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, demonstrate a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Strategy based in our Washington, DC office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution:Support the planning and manage the execution of campaign tactics across email, digital ads, social media, and other channels using Wrike, ensuring seamless coordination and a cohesive user experienceTrack, monitor, and report on campaign performance, tracking progress against KPIs and ROI, and providing insights for optimization.Collaborate with in-house designers to develop marketing collateral to support campaign success.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for individual campaigns in Wrike, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Maintain and update the marketing promotion calendar, ensuring all campaigns, events, and deadlines are accurately reflected.Email Marketing:

Manage email marketing campaigns using Real Magnet/Salesforce, including list segmentation, email design, automation, and performance analysis.Craft compelling email content, including copy, design elements, and multimedia assets, aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences.Responsible for creating and pulling member/non-member segmented email lists from AMS [NetForum/Salesforce] and maintaining email data cleanliness (unsubscribed lists) to ensure legal compliance for all applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR.EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

4 years in a marketing/communications role, with demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including content creation, list management, and performance analysis.Association experience is preferred.COMPETENCIES (KSA

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a close attention to detail.Proven collaboration, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to execute and deliver on multiple projects and meet deadlines. This includes providing timely status reports to the team and proactively communicating on the progress of campaigns and projects.Demonstrable experience in email marketing, email design, and privacy regulations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Marketing Automation tools [Real Magnet and/or Salesforce], and AMS tools (NetForum and/or Salesforce), and a project management tool (such as Wrike, Monday.com).Enthusiastic, creative self-starter who can deliver results in a busy, fast-paced environment.Demonstrates effective emotional intelligence skills and can respond appropriately in situations where emotions may run high or there is disagreement within a group.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work productively with diverse groups and different personalities, including members, chapter officers, staff, and contacts at external organizations.LANGUAGES

ACC seeks to hire multi-lingual candidates. Fluency in English and a second language is preferred.

SALARY RANGE

$74,300 to $87,400 - When determining a salary offer, consideration is given to candidates that possess minimum requirements and preferred qualifications.
