Director of Marketing

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

About the Role:

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a marketing plan for Resi content and campaigns that delivers measurable financial growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and implementing strategies that spans demand generation, brand campaigns, web marketing, events, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization, and product marketing.

You will work with other Resi business leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and your team of direct reports to build a comprehensive marketing strategy and then oversee each initiative within the strategy to completion. By facilitating, generating, organizing, planning, and seeing through to execution of all marketing ideas, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing program designed to support Resi's growth goals.

What You'll Do:

Working in collaboration with other business leaders and stakeholders, set and execute the roadmap to deliver on short- and long-term marketing plansBuild forecasts and projections that relate to the expected ROI on marketing campaigns and initiatives, and regularly report on campaign effectivenessGuide the prioritization of Marketing-related initiatives including demand generation, brand and product marketingEffectively lead and coach a team of 5+ marketers of various functional areas; develop KPIs that each functional area of the Marketing team needs to execute effectively within the context of the larger marketing program goals and company goalsIdentify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, expenditure spending, and ROI analysisWork in close collaboration with sales leadership to analyze the success of marketing campaigns by looking at lead conversion metrics by campaign, channel, and segmentOversee all demand generation and advertising activities, including agency management, channel strategy, spending plan, and ad creativeOversee the execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and feature releasesOversee the execution of marketing assets, such as written, visual, and video contentWhat You'll Bring:

Demonstrated experience growing revenue at scale via performance marketing within a B2B technology or services companyDemonstrated analytical rigor. You must know how to quantitatively analyze and optimize marketing programs and growth initiativesA lean, data-driven, process and KPI-oriented mentality is criticalExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with a strong bias for actionExperience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teamsExperience guiding and executing functional specialization within teams, including setting and monitoring KPIs that both reflect clear division of responsibilities and larger team goalsProven ability to plan and manage budgets exceeding $1MAbility to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organizationStrong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel with experience developing campaigns to create, capture, and qualify leadsAbility to work in the office on a hybrid schedule (3 days/week from office location in Allen, TX)Required Experience:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience8 or more years of experience as a marketing leader with proven resultsExperience working with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Google Analytics, Demandbase or similarExperience working in the technology field, preferably SaaS SolutionsExperience working in faith-based field highly desired

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
