Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Strategic Communications and Outreach Manager in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

The Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) stood up the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) under Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to be the dedicated office to increase cyber resiliency of Air Force (AF) weapon systems and to maintain mission effective capability under adverse conditions. CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for 'baking in' cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of 'critical' vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Build, manage, and perform a comprehensive strategic communication and outreach campaign for the CROWS.
  • Build a branding strategy and implementation plan.
  • Design materials and implementation guides to educate all members of CROWS on the importance of branding and consistent communications.
  • Coordinate the strategic planning and tactical delivery of a high-profile communications program aimed at engaging, educating, and informing target audiences.
  • Provide strategic guidance and impactful materials to CROWS leadership and team leads to support clear, concise, and consistent communications.
  • Interview members of CROWS to gather content to write and produce communications and marketing materials.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor of communications and outreach best practices.
  • Oversee and integrate outreach initiatives, including special theme campaigns.
  • Continually identify and advance opportunities to innovate, streamline, and enhance CROWS communications and outreach practices.
  • Build collaborative relationships within CROWS and strategic partner organizations to communicate and enhance CROWS mission capabilities.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • MA/MS and ten (10) years relevant work experience or
  • BA/BS and twelve (12) years relevant work experience or
  • Fifteen (15) years relevant work experience
  • Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required:
    • Senior-level briefing experience and at least three years of marketing and/or communications experience within the Department of Air Force (DAF) or Department of Defense (DoD).
    • Possess a creative mindset and exceptional design and writing skills to plan, write, edit, and publish communications.
