We've got a Director, B2B Marketing and Partnerships role for you!Base Salary Range:

$110,000 - $120,000. This role qualifies for a Travelopia Management Bonus Scheme of 10-20% outside of the base salary.Leadership of a team of 3 – content manager, CRM Head, and web analystWhat You Will Be Doing:Lead our digital and offline marketing channels including our website, newsletters, social media, public relations, brochures, etc.Define the content strategy, content calendar and topics for marketing content on our owned channels and supervise production of all marketing materials (on time and as agreed), in line with brand guidelines (positioning, personality, tone) - relevant and engaging for agentsAllocate budget across channels and activities to achieve commercial objectives and supervise results – pivot spend and activity as required.Maintain an external perspective and awareness of our competition and the trade marketing activity that they are carrying out. Using any insight gained, advise Europe Express’ trade marketing.Develop and drive the Europe Express’ partnership marketing strategy and implementation. Collaborate optimally to drive negotiations with partner projects with a clear eye on competitive edge and financial gain.Ensure effective liaison and collaboration internally, especially where partnerships are led along with other teams.Partner with reservations, business development, and operations teams to use our CRM system to drive sales, marketing and operational efficiency by developing customer journeys both offline and online using data and insights.Engage sales, product, and technology teams in developing our website to become a ground breaking digital platform for our travel advisors to engage, learn, inquire, and book trips with Europe Express.Represent marketing in key collaborator forums, ensuring that other teams are aware of upcoming plans, activities and news from marketing.Collaborate with the product teams to evolve the value proposition, products and platforms to meet travel advisor/market needs.What We Are Looking For:A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading B2B marketing teams.Experience in working for B2B travel brands in the US market is preferred.Required experience in leading websites and metrics around engagement, user experience, and A/B testing.Experience in leading all aspects of the development of various digital products on websites/apps for travel advisors—such as online booking portals and digital resources—would be a plusExperience supervising CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and developing customer lifecycle, triggered comms and one-off campaigns using data and insights.Possesses strong people and project management skills.Outstanding written, visual, and editorial skills, along with excellent communication skills.
