Are you a creative and innovative designer with a passion for games and puzzles? Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry, is looking for a temp Designer to design and work with licensees and internal partners to develop innovative and on-brand products. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with talented teams across the company in a dynamic and creative work environment.The ideal candidate has experience in product development with physical products such as board games, card games, toys, etc.This is a 6-month temp assignment working Hybrid in Orlando.Pay:
$45-47/hrWhat You'll Do:Design and develop innovative, on-brand products in the Hardlines Games and Puzzles category.Collaborate with licensees and internal partners to create market-leading product lines.Ensure the highest quality and consumer-focused products across all distribution channels.Oversee product and packaging approvals to meet high standards and maximize profitability.Partner with key stakeholders for presentations and retail pitches.Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and consumer preferences.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field (e.g., industrial design, product design, toy design).3+ years of related design experience supporting the manufacturing of hardline products.Familiarity working on puzzles, collectible card games, and family games.Strong artistic ability to draw characters for overlays.Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiating skills.A passion for games ranging from board games, card games, role playing games, etc.Please submit your resume and professional portfolio for consideration!You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting .
