We reached our current strength because our employees, customers, and shareholders believe in the same fundamental goals: Delivering a wide variety of financial services with a superior customer service guarantee.Serve as project lead in the development of the three annual merchandising campaigns with creative staff.Coordinate vendor approvals and participationConduct periodic reviews of the Westamerica website for content accuracy and consistency. Coordinate the refresh of website images as needed.Manage Westamerica's internal headlines. Manage submissions and develop content for thirteen editions annually. Manage review process as needed. Coordinate layout with creative team, transitioning responsibility annually.Manage ongoing conversion activities to the Elan Credit Card as required by bank and vendor requirements.Communicate and manage periodic promotions sponsored by vendor.Develop, manage, coordinate and track periodic promotions sponsored by Banking Division.Monitor monthly tracking reports as well as Sales Integrity, Compliance and Complaint reports with the vendor.Work as needed with WAB training to ensure appropriate training material is presented to employees.Manage two to three email campaigns promoting credit cards annually.Take an active role in the preparation and planning for Westamerica's annual Employee Recognition Event.Develop write-ups on honorees for presentation materials, Info Library documents, and the Special Edition of Headlines and develop talking points for presenters.Participate on the annual repricing project team. Assist in the development and review of customer communications and in the editing of customer collateral.Coordinate activities as assigned such as updates with the Training Department and Word Processing.Coordinate and develop required customer notifications and branch signage for branch closures and moves with Facilities and Regional Management. Conduct periodic reviews of the Westamerica Marketing Communications and Materials Catalog for content accuracy and consistency and as required due to product changes. Update Financial Health & Safety, and Bank News sections of Proposals for Business Catalog, and other pages as required.Participate in compliance training as subject matter is appropriate to position responsibility.Participate in cross-divisional project opportunities when additional Marketing resources are required.Continue to increase bank operations and systems knowledge.Assist Department Manager as needed in product conversions.Requires a minimum of three years in a product/marketing department preferably in a financial services institution.
