Overview DARCO International is seeking a US Marketing Manager with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As the US Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our US office develop brand-compliant marketing materials, coordinates DARCO US tradeshow events, and increases our social media presence. Reporting directly to the US Marketing Director, you will collaborate with DARCO’s global marketing teams to ensure US marketing initiatives are in alignment with DARCO’s global marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Tradeshow Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute DARCO US tradeshow events, managing all logistical aspects to maximize brand exposure and engagement. Leverage digital or automated tool to facilitate lead capture during the show. Assist in developing the strategy and goals for each US tradeshow event.

Post-Event Reporting: Conduct thorough post-event reporting to analyze the success of marketing activities, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.

Product Launches and Training: Work with DARCO’s product management teams to develop marketing strategies and materials for the launch of new products or new product portfolios. Assist product management team in developing product training for employees and customers

Marketing Material and Content Development: Work with global marketing team to develop new collateral and refresh existing collateral and advertising. Assist in executing strategy to create high impact pieces in both digital and print formats. Ensure all collateral, including flyers, catalogs, photos, and videos, are well-organized and easily accessible by those employees who need them. Collaborate with employees and/or freelancers to develop effective collateral pieces. Write blogs, editorials, and thought-pieces as required.

Print and Digital Advertising Coordination: Work with US and global marketing teams to develop print and digital advertising strategies. Track effectiveness of campaigns and provide ideas for improving ad performance.

Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing materials produced by the US office adhere to global brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and reinforcing brand identity. Assist other DARCO US team members in ensuring their marketing-related activities are in alignment with global brand standards.

eCommerce Strategy Assistance: Report on performance of DARCO’s eCommerce website (DARCOdirect.com). Provide suggestions for how website performance can be optimized though SEO, marketing, digital advertising, content creation, and web design improvements.

Social Media Strategy Assistance: Work with our Social Media Coordinator, global marketing teams, and US sales team to help plan content that drives engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms, as appropriate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DARCO’s US sales and global marketing teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Collaborate with DARCO’s internal graphic designers to develop marketing materials, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies.

Budget Management: Work with US Marketing Director to manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment for all US marketing expenditures. Record all expenditures to ensure marketing spend is traceable. Propose solutions to determine how to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand management, event coordination, and advertising placement

Strong understanding of global brand guidelines and the ability to enforce brand consistency

Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering successful tradeshow events and advertising campaigns

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
