Job OverviewWe are seeking part-time college students or recent graduates (1-2 years out of college) to join our team as sports graphic designers. If you are a driven designer looking to grow your resume and help a new and growing NIL merchandising company, we want you! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your name out there and gain valuable experience. You will be in charge of creating eye-catching graphics, with brand outlines, fonts, templates, and over 5,000 past examples provided. While we want our designs to be consistent with My Player's style, we also encourage you to bring your unique touch to each project.View this LINK!!DutiesCreate custom sports graphics for our athletes' merchandiseMeet the athlete quota by the end of the weekThis is a volume job, but you can use your skills to create eye-catching designsParticipate in weekly Zoom meetings with our other graphic designersTo keep design and company standards (based on designs provided)Adapt quickly to change and use the brand outline providedQualificationsAbility to work quickly while creating unique designsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong portfolio showcasing sports designs (please submit only sports-related work)Experience with Adobe After Effects for animation is a plusUnderstanding of visual design principles and digital art creationCompensation$10 per athlete, our designers complete an average of 2.5 athletes an hour = $25 an hour. If a designer completes 4-5 athletes an hour, they will earn $40-$50 an hour.20 hours per week on averageExpectation to complete 4 graphics per athlete with certain criteria with 2 colors for each graphic.
