Position Summary

Samsung Ads is looking for an experienced Marketer to drive comprehensive marketing strategies for popular and award-winning services, such as Samsung Gaming Hub and Samsung Art Store. They will develop year-round marketing plans, including branding, campaigns, events, communications and other strategic initiatives. Through this work, the goal is to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals of each product.

They will be responsible for driving a full end-to-end marketing strategy, responsible for both top-of-the-funnel/brand metric improvements and low-funnel/growth performance. Understanding customer needs and effectively communicating the value and benefits of a service is critical to driving sales and enhancing market positioning.

In addition, they will lead Partner Marketing efforts with the focus to fuel the Samsung TV Ecosystem through partnerships. Through this focus, this leader will develop partner marketing programs to boost awareness, credibility and performance across Samsung's ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with consumer and product marketing, proven ability to use product adoption and positioning to help generate demand. This position will report directly to the CMO, Vice President and will be based in the NYC office with both domestic and international travel.

Role and Responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesLead and execute go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies to maximize impact and adoption.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Samsung TV Services (i.e. Gaming, Art Store, etc.).Oversee strategy and execution of lifecycle comms, social media content, partner programs, industry events, and other marketing initiatives on and off-platform to achieve our business goals.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies to inform the value proposition development of new products and features.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, Creative Studio, Communications & Event Management to ensure successful launches with a clear and cohesive marketing plan.Collaborate with priority partners and publishers to define a content marketing calendar, align marketing plans, and support their biggest titles and offers on our platforms.Determine key metrics to track and measure the success of product marketing initiative and providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree15+ years of experience with brand and product marketing, consumer products and/or brand management, with brands and at companies with global scale.Deep experience leading campaign development from briefing to integrated execution, including online video, digital and mobile ads, paid acquisition, social media, website landing pages, comms initiatives and event activations.Ability to apply analytics rigor to measure, analyze, and report the impact of marketing initiatives, including brand lift, user acquisition, and retention/engagement.Experience partnering closely with Product, UX, and Research teams to understand the needs of a target segment and develop product marketing plans to meet those needs.Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate strategic plans, provide timely updates to execs, and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where teams may need to rapidly evolve plans as business priorities change.Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on driving measurable business impact.Experience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers) and influencing / managing up to executive, VP and cross-functional leadership.

For candidates in New York, the salary range for this role is expected to be between $290,000 to $320,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role
