The company is at an exciting inflection as we continue to expand our existing brand portfolio and deepen relationships with new and existing customers. As Director of Brand Marketing, you will be instrumental in setting up a strategic approach to marketing and creating the foundational marketing processes and programs that help to increase overall brand awareness and portfolio brand preference.DIRECTOR OF BRAND MARKETING, PGC ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the brand's image, identity, and perception among the target audience.

Crafting brand messages, creating brand guidelines, and ensuring consistency in visual and verbal communication across all channels.

Conducting brand audits, defining brand positioning, and managing brand equity.

Developing and executing long-term strategies to build and sustain the brand's reputation and emotional connection with consumers.

Developing campaigns, focusing on brand awareness and brand-building.

Overseeing the creation of brand-centric content such as storytelling, brand videos, and other materials that emphasize the brand's values and personality.

Tracking brand-related metrics like brand awareness, brand loyalty, and brand sentiment.

Utilizing brand tracking studies, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and other qualitative research methods.

Partnering with engineering and sales teams to create new product campaigns.

Defining and communicating the company's brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including website management, content development, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.

Collaborating closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing and product strategies with overall company objectives.

Monitoring and analyzing marketing and product performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to perform job duties while working remotely.

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing and product management roles, with a focus on the utilities, electronics and/or manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs in the utilities sector.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and product launches.

Experience managing digital marketing channels and campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven history of program and project management to drive change.
