Director, Film & Television Licensing , you will play a pivotal role in contributing to Columbia Records' success through securing sync opportunities and maximizing revenue via strategic licensing initiatives. Your role represents a blend of creativity and negotiation with a passion for music and entertainment. This position is a unique opportunity to champion our incomparable roster within the realm of visual media.What you'll do:

Secure sync opportunities across film, television, sports, video games, apps, and podcasts.Creatively pitch frontline repertoire and lead negotiations for licensing clearances.Develop and execute comprehensive artist plans to support new releases.Synthesize industry trends to optimize opportunities and inform licensing strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximization of sync placements.Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships.Who you are:

You carry a proven track record in licensing with at least 7 years of applicable experience.You embrace, support, and inspire innovation through a creative and collaborative approach.You maintain an extensive client/partner base and network within the sync community.You possess strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue.You have a thoughtful, strategic mindset with an inclination to explore new ideas.You are professional and respectful to colleagues, partners, and artists.What we give you:
