by visiting:Marketing Coordinator Core Responsibilities:We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our company. The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for promoting ISOMATE products through design and execution of the company's advertising and marketing plan. This involves creating and coordinating various forms of advertising, marketing planning and analysis, event-planning and sales support. The role works end-to-end from conceptualization to execution.What could Pacific Biocontrol offer you?A competitive compensation package including a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience.Annual bonus opportunity in addition to base salary.Office and technology allowances which increase total compensation package, available depending upon work location.Simplified Employee Pension Plan (SARSEP). PBC contributes 7.5% of annual compensation. Employees are eligible after one year of employment.100% coverage of medical insurance premiums including dental and vision for employee and employee's eligible dependents.Hybrid work opportunity (2-3 days/week in office) . Preferred employee location within commuting distance of Corvallis, OR. Alternatively, employee location within commuting distance of Lodi, CA.Paid vacation days based upon length of employment. New employees accrue 15 days of vacation per year. Incremental vacation increases at 6 years (20 days) and 10 years (25 days).Paid holidays include ten general holidays and one floating holiday.Full-time employees accrue sick pay at the rate of one working day per calendar month.Continuing education is encouraged and supported. Pacific Biocontrol reimburses the cost of required continuing education up to forty hours per year.Work that is fast-paced and goal-oriented.A small company culture; our team is supportive, friendly and caring.An opportunity to work with a team of experts who are making an impact by helping farmers, consumers and the environment.Travel for business purposes reimbursed by company in accordance with policies.What knowledge, skills and experience could you bring to the PBC team?Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or related discipline.Experience and knowledge of marketing/advertising in agricultural or chemical industries.Intermediate to Advanced skills in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) and website development and management (WordPress, HTML, CSS).Intermediate to Advanced skills in creative applications such as Adobe.Intermediate skills with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Excellent problem-solving skills analytical skills.Excellent skills in oral/written communication and teamwork.Available to work M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).Travel occasionally up to 10% for company meetings and event planning responsibilities.Marketing Coordinator- Core Responsibilities:AdvertisingDesign and develop company's brand style, templates and professional stationary for the company.Conceptualize and create advertisements for traditional and digital media that increase product demand, including writing copy, editing images and video.Develop and deploy targeted advertising campaigns in traditional and digital media to promote branding of PBC and products.Design and procure promotional products for distribution at tradeshows and events and for internal use.Maintain content and features of company website and third-party label databases working with Regulatory Assistant/Consultant to ensure compliance with U.S. EPA and State departments of agriculture/pesticides.Develop and actively maintain the company's social media.MarketingAssist company's management team with analysis and development of a holistic marketing strategy to maintain a competitive advantage in pheromone mating disruption.Administer and develop utilization of digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) for sales leads and its integration with MS Office applications.Execute email campaigns to promote, educate and inform about the company's products.Assist President, Controller and R&D Scientist to influence product development including product design-packaging, market evaluation and introduction of new products.Assist Controller to ensure advertising budgets demonstrate return on investment.Work with company's management to generate marketing strategies to increase sales.Event PlanningAdminister company's calendar of external events ensuring timely reservations, proper logistics and communication with attendees.Assist sales representatives by networking at trade shows, industry meetings to promote the company and products to growers, PCAs and researchers.Design and maintain materials for a professional and versatile booth for shows in Washington, Oregon and California.Plan PBC distributor/grower meetings for sales representatives to present product information to customers.Plan internal quarterly PBC meetings.Sales SupportEducate sales representatives on sales lead management software.Analyze data and information to provide insights for sales representatives to increase product sales.Assist Customer Service representative in providing the highest quality of customer service.Additional/Preferred ExpertiseExperience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing/advertising in agricultural or chemical industry, ideally in west coast specialty crops (Tree nuts, tree fruits, and grapes).We believe in:Our Mission - We are proud to offer non-toxic agriculture pest management solutions that reduce worker, consumer, and environmental exposures to insecticides and promote a biologically healthy agri-ecosystem leaving the populations of beneficial insects (pollinators and natural enemies) intact.Honesty and Transparency - We are open, trustworthy and truthful.Excellence - We take pride in the quality of work provided to our growers every day.Client-Centered - We never forget that client satisfaction is our goal.Teamwork - Lending a hand, providing support and doing what it takes to get the job done.Continuous Improvement and Professional Development - Learning, improving, innovating and sharing knowledge.Application Process :For consideration , please submit
