Who You Are:

Next Millennium Media is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Ad Sales Strategy to lead our growing sales teams. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of success and strategy in ad sales, a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, and the ability to pitch and position unique advertising offerings to brands and agencies. The ideal candidate will be a manager of managers, capable of inspiring and driving a high-performing team, and will possess a passion for innovation and collaboration.

What You'll Do:
    • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the ad sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
    • Mentor and develop sales directors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
    • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
    • Implement best practices for sales management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive ad sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to identify market opportunities, optimize sales tactics, and drive revenue growth.
    • Lead the creation and execution of innovative ad sales strategies that leverage programmatic advertising technologies and trends.
    • Evaluate and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop unique advertising solutions and packages that meet client needs and stand out in the marketplace.
    • Stay ahead of industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.


What We're Looking For:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct advertising or tech sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven track record of success in selling programmatic advertising solutions.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Passionate, driven, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.

$350,000 - $450,000 a year

This salary range reflections a combined compensation structure of an annual base and bonus.
