Brand Marketing Specialist Opportunity

Join our team as a Brand Marketing Specialist and play a key role in enhancing our company’s brand presence and supporting product marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing customer touchpoints initiatives, supporting lease-up strategies, creating marketing assets, reporting on performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Deploy updates to the company website and set up email/SMS customer journeys to drive brand awareness, perception, preference, and consideration.

Support brand growth and product promotion through the implementation of go-to-market marketing plans, lease-up strategy, and market support campaigns.

Develop and curate high-quality content for various marketing channels.

Track KPIs, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed reports on marketing campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate the execution of marketing tasks and provide customer service to internal clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Brand Marketing, Advertising, Property Management, or related fields required.

Familiarity with various social platforms and traditional media formats.

Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, branding, print, and the web.

Experience with Yardi Voyager or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is beneficial.

Proficiency in multitasking and scaling efforts across creative production efforts.

Strong relationship management, organizing and customer service skills.

PC skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.

Ability to be an effective member of project teams.
